Hope Grove is Habitat Greater Raleigh’s largest construction project since the organization's founding in 1985. Located along Creech Road in Garner, this 150-acre property will consist of over 400 mixed-income units.
Hope Grove will feature a variety of housing options to accomodate different family sizes, incomes, and lifestyles. This includes our traditional single-family homes as well as townhomes and semi-attached townhomes.
The site includes 4.5+ acres of open space with a greenway and native, low-maintenance landscaping. The community will feature open amenity spaces such as greenways, walking trails, gazebos or picnic shelters, playgrounds, and recreational or fitness areas.
Homes will feature energy star-rated appliances and will be Duke Energy RNC-certified, delivering 15-20% improvement in energy efficiency beyond code minimums and providing long-term savings for homeowners.
Construction of Hope Grove will take place across at least four phases. The first section of the neighborhood will be completed in Phases 1-3 with additional phases to be determined as the project continues. Site development for the initial homes is on track to complete in April of 2026. Construction is expected to begin in earnest in summer of 2026, at which point the first volunteers will make their way onto the site!
Estimated Completion: 5–7 Years
