Donate to the ReStore

You can donate used and new building materials and more to our ReStores – visit the ReStore site for more information.

Donate through Deconstruction Services

Habitat Wake offers salvage services throughout Wake County, including cabinet removal. Materials taken from salvage jobs count as tax-deductible donations to the Habitat Wake ReStores and are sold to the public. All proceeds fund Habitat Wake’s mission to build affordable homes in partnership with hardworking families.

Donate a car, boat or motorcycle

Gifts of used vehicles can build homes through Habitat’s Cars for Homes program. By designating Habitat Wake as the recipient of the proceeds, you can help build homes in Wake County.

Habitat Wake celebrated its Cars for Homes Milestone Build on June 16, 2012. Thanks to vehicle donations by residents of Wake County, Habitat Wake was able to raise $100,000 since the first donation in 2006. With the help of Habitat International, Habitat Wake volunteers were able to frame an entire home funded by the proceeds of donated vehicles.
