Work Day Information Form - ReStore

Habitat's ReStore takes new and used building materials that would otherwise go into the landfill, processes them, and sells them to the general public at bargain prices. All proceeds benefit Habitat!

Date: Tuesday, July 1, 2008 - Thursday, July 3, 2008

Time: 10:30AM - 6PM (Any 3 hour minimum shift or more)

Directions:

We are located approximately 2.5 miles north of downtown Raleigh, just north of the 440 Beltline, at 2420 Raleigh Blvd.

From the 440 Beltline:

Take the beltline around to the north of Raleigh and look for Exit 11, the Capital Boulevard exit.Take Capital Blvd. North towards Wake Forest. Turn RIGHT on Westinghouse Blvd. Turn RIGHT on Raleigh Blvd. Turn LEFT into the ReStore parking lot at 2420 Raleigh Blvd.

Staff Supervisor: Anthony Rizzo

Task(s) for the day: Customer Service, Unloading/loading/Sort, cut, and process wood donation and other building products.

Tools: work gloves, clothes for dusty warehouse environment that is not heated or cooled. Bring lunch or plan to go out to lunch.
