Looking for a unique, creative and affordable home? You’re in luck! Habitat Wake ReStore recently received a donation of two octagonal modular home kits and is selling them for $10,000 each.
Their 8-sided shape and elevated design give these 780-square-foot homes a modern, eco-friendly feel. That’s supported by their small foot-print, made possible by a small base and non-destructive assembly. When the Wake DeCon team disassembled the homes, the roof and floor panels were left intact, ensuring assembly of the kit is as easy as possible for the next owner. The kits can be shipped anywhere on a flatbed, so the possibilities are endless.

Customization
These homes offer the unusual option of a full, 360-degree view. The kits come with frames and bases, but the walls and interior floor plans are left entirely up to the imagination of the new home owner. Floor-to-ceiling window panels are not out of the question, especially when combined with a breathtaking view!
