The Habitat Wake ReStore and DeConstruction program were honored by the City of Raleigh at the annual Environmental Awards. The award was presented by Mayor Meeker on Earth Day and recognized the ReStore and its companion DeConstruction program for excellence in Urban Stewardship.
Restore Manager Tony Rizzo and DeConstruction Manager Joel Lubell accepted the award for exemplary community building and conservation.
