Board of Directors
A 21-member Board of Directors sets policy for Habitat for Humanity of Wake County. The Board hires and supervises an executive director who oversees the affiliate's daily finance, construction, and ReStore operations and supervises all staff.
The Board of Directors divides its work among standing and ad hoc committees. The standing committees are Executive, Finance, Fund Development, Family Selection, Family Support, Site Selection and Development and Nominating.
