Building homes in partnership with the Raleigh-based nonprofit Advanced Energy using the corporation's SystemVision™ standards allows Habitat homeowners to participate in a program that guarantees low heating and cooling bills. As of 2007, average monthly heating and cooling bills range from $15-$40 per month.
