Application Process
To apply for homeownership, please review the qualifications. If you meet the criteria listed, then you are eligible to complete a mini-application as the first step in the evaluation and approval process. There are three ways to obtain our mini-application:

- Send an email to homeownership@habitatwake.org that provides your name, address, and phone number. A mini-application and homeownership brochure will be mailed to you. You should receive these within 10 days.; or
- Call our Family Services department at 919.833.1999 x282 and leave your name, address, and phone number. A mini-application and homeownership brochure will be mailed to you. You should receive these within 10 days.

Homeowner Information Session
Habitat Wake adheres to a homeowner selection process that chooses applicants who have a need to improve their housing situation and have the ability to pay a modest monthly mortgage payment. We accept applications and build houses throughout the year.
