Learn more about affordable housing issues on Wake County and North Carolina, and how everyday citizens can make a difference through educated voting, letter-writing, and community action.
→ Fund Development projects
Assist our Fund Development Committee with fundraising and friend-raising efforts throughout the year at Habitat Wake. The group is responsible for developing resources of all kinds to help us meet our affordable housing goals. To express interest, contact us with some information about yourself and your interest in fund development.
→ Habitat Ambassadors
Visit community volunteer fairs, churches, businesses, schools, and other organizations to tell people about the mission of Habitat Wake, the need for affordable housing in our community, and how to volunteer with us. Opportunities are available during the work week, evenings, and weekends. Training and materials are provided. Contact us to get on the list, and we'll call you when an opportunity arises!
→ Administrative Support
Support Habitat Wake’s operations by assisting with front-desk hospitality, data entry, mailings, fund development campaigns, technical efficiencies, and special events.
