Workplace Giving
Workplace giving is available to State Employees, Federal
Employees, through the United Way and several individual firms. Please ask your human resources department if your company participates in any annual giving campaigns.
State Employees Combined Campaign
State Employees Combined Campaign is an annual event that gives state employees the opportunity to contribute to a charitable organization in an orderly and uniform process through one annual campaign. Payroll deductions or one-time gifts to Habitat for Humanity of Wake County can be made using our SECC code of 2502.
Combined Federal Campaign
Combined Federal Campaign is an easy, efficient way for federal employees to give to the charity of their choice by either payroll deduction or a one-time gift. This year’s campaign runs from September 1st to December 15th. Federal employees can designate funds to Habitat for Humanity of Wake County with our CFC code 5643.
United Way
United Way gifts can be designated to Habitat for Humanity of Wake County by using the United Way’s "Donor Option" program. Simply select Habitat for Humanity of Wake County as the beneficiary of your United Way gifts.
Corporate Matching Gifts
Corporate Matching Gifts are available through many companies, doubling or tripling an employee’s contribution to a charitable organization. Check with your company’s human resources department to find out its matching gift policy. Many employers will provide a form for you to fill out and send to us along with your donation. We will verify your gift and return the form to your company, which then issues a matching gift contribution to Habitat for Humanity of Wake County.
Corporate Campaigns are available through certain firms throughout the Triangle. Companies such as Progress Energy and IBM organize giving for their employees. Ask your human resources department if this is available to you.
Donor Privacy Policy/Anonymous Gifts
Habitat for Humanity of Wake County does not sell or trade the names of donors to other organizations. If you prefer that your gift NOT be listed in annual reports or other organizational publications, please inform Habitat Wake of this preference when you make your gift.
Memorial / Honorary Gifts
Habitat Wake allows for memorial gifts to be made in honor of friends or loved ones. We will send a card acknowledging your gift to the appropriate recipient.
